In 1984, Mike Mehojevich Sr. — Big Mike — started L&M Air Conditioning and Heating on the Northshore. L&M wasn’t a corporation. It was a family man, a truck, and a commitment to do the job right every single time.
His sons Michael and Dustin didn’t grow up dreaming about HVAC — they grew up doing it. By the time most kids had their first summer jobs, they already had years of real work under their belts. Crawling into attics. Running line sets. Standing in Louisiana August heat next to their dad until the job was done — and the job didn’t end until it was right.
